Hire a Professional Voice Actor

For those who wish to have a professional voice actor narrate their audiobook, simply make an inquiry and I will walk you through the process - each actor charges their own rate and has their own process.

Add Sound Effects and Music

Sound effects are a case by case thing. Depending on what sound is required, some can be created or recorded by me at no additional cost, while others may be sourced online for free or at an additional cost. The price of music also ranges depending on what track is used and where it is sourced from.

Editing Process

Editing of the audiobook, including time spent sourcing sound effects and music is $30 p/hr.

Final audiobook can be sold digitally through services such as Audible or can be sold via a custom USB decorated with the book's cover artwork or whatever you like. Videos such as the ones seen above can be created for promotional purposes at an additional cost.

Question 1: Where is the narration recorded?

Answer: Narration is recorded at 2 Lance Street, Sherwood.

Question 2: How will I receive the final audiobook?

Answer: The final audiobook file can be emailed to you directly, given on a USB in person or mailed to you on a USB for a standard postage fee. For those who wish to sell physical audiobook products, I will walk you through how to order custom audiobook USBs/cards from an external company.

Question 3: How long will the process take?

Answer: It all depends on how long the book itself is, whether you want sound effects, professional actors, etc. Ask for a quote in the inquiry box on the contact page or send an email to Sherwoodforestfilms@gmail.com.
